We now have a draft time-table of what we will be doing in Sri Lanka! It includes teaching TESL (TEFL) to office staff at SLGGA, to Leaders and to children in a children's home. We will also be training new Rainbow Leaders to start the first two Pilot Rainbow Units in Sri Lanka. We have been asked to help with a Guide's coastal clean-up project and to run activities in a centre for the differently abled. It is going to be a tiring but amazing set of projects to be working on.
The 6th Briefing was spent planning, checking plans and sorting out team things! We spent the day going through all our TESL and Rainbow plans to check that they all made sense and were in logical orders. We looked at the resources that we will need and started to sort through what needed to be made before we travel.
Cat cooked us home-made pizza's for lunch and we were back to planning! She also gave us a waterbottle each which she had decorated with our names and our logo on them! Thanks Cat!!After lunch, as well as planning, we took some time to sort out team things that needed doing!
